A torn or shredded lining makes even the best leather or suede jacket uncomfortable to wear. Instead of throwing it away, let us rebuild it. Our master sewists carefully remove your old, worn-out lining and hand-cut a completely new one using premium materials, restoring the comfort and structure of your garment.

What Is Included in the Service?

This is a complete interior restoration for Leather or Suede garments. The service includes:

• The Materials: We use high-quality, durable lining fabrics designed for outerwear. We stock standard Black and Dark Brown. Quilted materials, and custom linings are available. We would need some photos to make an assessment.
• The Pockets: We reconstruct your two main inside pockets using the new lining material.
• The Labels: We carefully remove your original brand tags/labels and stitch them onto the new lining to maintain authenticity.
• The Labor: Full removal of the old lining, pattern making (using your jacket as the template), cutting, and installation. If the original lining is missing, we do charge more to make a custom pattern.

Custom Fabric Options

We stock Black and Dark Brown fabrics. However, if you want a custom color, a wild pattern, or silk, you may provide your own fabric! Simply purchase the fabric yourself and place it in the box with your jacket (typically requires 2-3 yards), and we will use it instead of our stock materials.

Which Shipping Option Should I Choose?

• Email Label (+$0): Best value. We email you a label to print. You print it and tape it to your own box.
• Send Me a Box (+$25): We ship you a "Shipping Kit" with a collapsed box and a return label.
• US Mail Label (+$2): No printer? We print the label here and mail it to you via USPS. You stick it on your own box.
• Cleaning and Repair (+$0): Select this option if you are purchasing a Cleaning Service at the same time.

Common Questions:

Does this include insulation or quilting?
If your jacket currently has heavy quilting or stuffing, we can often reuse the internal insulation layer if it is in good condition. If the insulation is rotting, we will discard it and just install the new lining fabric. In some cases, there are extra charges.

What about the inside pockets?
Standard service includes the reconstruction of two interior pockets. If your jacket has elaborate hidden pockets, zipper pockets, or gun pockets, please text us a photo for a custom quote, as these require extra time to rebuild.

Can you change the color?
Yes! If you have a black jacket with a rotting white lining, we can upgrade it to a durable Black or Brown lining that won't show dirt.
