Restore the velvet touch of your favorite suede.

Suede is beautiful but delicate. Over time, it absorbs dirt, oils, and odors that flatten the texture and leave it looking dull or shiny. Standard dry cleaning often fails to restore the "nap" (the fuzzy texture), leaving your jacket stiff or lifeless.

The "Nap-Restoration" Process
We specialize in the unique needs of suede. Our process deep cleans the hide to lift soils, replenishes essential oils to prevent stiffness, and professionally grooms the nap to bring back that soft, velvety feel you love.

📦 Round-Trip Shipping is Included!
The price includes a pre-paid shipping label to send your item to us, and insured return shipping back to your door.

Which option should I choose?

The "Sleeve vs. Body" Rule:
Lay your item flat and compare the length of the sleeves to the length of the body.

  • Standard Jacket: The Sleeves are longer than the body. (Waist or hip length).
  • Long Coat: The Body is longer than the sleeves. (Thigh, knee, or ankle length).

What Is Included?

  • Deep Cleaning: Gentle lifting of surface soil, dust, and general grime.
  • Nap Restoration: Professional brushing and grooming to lift the fibers and remove matted/shiny areas.
  • Oil Replenishment: Conditioning treatment to keep the suede soft and prevent it from drying out or cracking.
  • Stain Treatment: Targeted work on collar rings, cuff grime, and spots.

📸 Not sure about a stain? Get a Free Assessment.
Suede is porous, and deep oil or ink stains can be stubborn. If you are worried about a specific mark, snap a picture and email it to us before you order. Our experts will give you an honest assessment of what can be removed.

Common Questions:

Will the stains come out completely?
We have a high success rate with general soil and surface stains. However, because suede is an open pore leather, some deep-set oils or old ink stains may not be 100% removable. We always aim for the best possible improvement without damaging the delicate skin.

Will it change color?
Suede can naturally fade over time. Our cleaning reveals the true condition of the hide. We do offer color refreshing for many earth tones to help blend faded areas and even out the look of the garment.
