What Is Included in the Service?

We don't just "patch" it; we rebuild it. This service covers the replacement of one zipper on your garment (Main Front, Pocket, or Sleeve). Every service includes:

• The Zipper: We provide a brand new, heavy-duty YKK® Metal Zipper (we stock Brass, Antique Brass, Nickel, Black, and more).
• The Removal: Careful removal of the old zipper to protect the leather or suede hide.
• The Stitching: We strive to use the original needle holes whenever possible to maintain the authentic look of the garment.
• The Finish: We match the zipper tape and thread color as closely as possible to your original design.

Which Shipping Option Should I Choose?

• Email Label (+$0): Best value. We email you a label to print. You print it and tape it to your own box.
• Send Me a Box (+$25): We ship you a "Shipping Kit" with a collapsed box and a return label.
• US Mail Label (+$2): No printer? We print the label here and mail it to you via USPS. You stick it on your own box.
• Cleaning and Repair (+$0): Select this option if you are purchasing a Cleaning Service at the same time (so you don't pay for shipping twice).

Common Questions:

Will the new zipper look exactly like the old one?
We use high-quality YKK zippers that likely match or exceed the quality of your original. We stock all standard metal finishes. If you have a unique vintage zipper, we will match the style as closely as modern inventory allows. It is possible, in some cases, to special order zippers. Please send us a photo and we can provide an assessment.

Do you fix the slider or replace the whole thing?
This price covers a complete replacement of the zipper tape and slider. If your zipper teeth are missing, the tape is torn, or the insert/box is missing, the whole zipper must be replaced.
