Whether you call it Faux Leather, Vegan Leather, or Vinyl, synthetic garments are stylish but sensitive. Using standard laundry detergents or the wrong dry cleaning chemicals can dry out the plasticizers, causing the material to stiffen, crack, or peel (delaminate).

The "Plastic-Safe" Process
We use specialized cleaning agents designed specifically for synthetic hides (Polyurethane and Vinyl). Our process removes oils, dirt, and odors without attacking the chemical bond that holds the material together, ensuring your garment stays flexible and intact.

What Is Included?

• Safe Surface Cleaning: Removal of surface grime, spills, and makeup without harsh abrasives.
• Odor Elimination: Synthetic fabrics trap body heat and perspiration. We treat the lining to neutralize odors effectively.
• Conditioning: We apply a synthetic-safe conditioner to help keep the material supple and prevent premature cracking.
• Lining Refresh: Deep cleaning of the inner fabric lining where sweat accumulates.

⚠️ Important: Aging & Peeling

Release Form May Be Required:
Synthetic materials degrade over time (hydrolysis), sometimes invisibly. Because older faux leather can become unstable, we may require a signed Release of Liability form before processing your item. If our experts determine your garment is at risk, we will email this form to you for review before we proceed.

Already Peeling?
If your item has already started to peel or flake, cleaning will accelerate this process. We cannot repair peeling faux leather. If you see peeling, please use our Free Assessment below before ordering.

Common Questions:

Can you get wrinkles out of faux leather?
Yes. Ironing faux leather at home is dangerous (it melts!). We use professional steaming equipment with controlled tension to relax wrinkles, however because of the materials we cannot gurantee wrinkle removal.

Do you clean PVC / Shiny Vinyl?
Yes. We have specific methods for high-gloss vinyl to clean the surface without dulling
