Why is there a "Luxury" Upcharge?

Luxury coats require a higher level of intricate care. They often feature complex hardware, leather trims, delicate foils, or expensive fur ruffs that require hand-protection during the cleaning process.

Please Note: Due to the high value and delicate nature of Couture items, we require a signed Release of Liability form before processing, which we will email to you. This is standard industry procedure for handling high-risk, high-value garments to ensure all specific trims and conditions are acknowledged.

What Is Included?

Will my jacket be as puffy as before?
Likely puffier! Dirty down clumps together and loses air. By cleaning and properly lofting the feathers, we often return the jacket with more volume than when it arrived.

Do you clean the fur trim?
Yes. If your hood has a detachable or fixed fur ruff, we clean and glaze it to remove debris and fluff the hair, preventing it from looking matted.
